We provide a set of answers to the most frequently asked questions.

  • How to buy at Camport online?

    Buying at Camport online is very simple. After registering as a customer, just click on the items to open their descriptions, select the color and size you want and add to cart. Finally click the "Checkout" button and follow the wizard.

  • Can I buy on the site anywhere in the world?

    Currently our online store is only available in Portugal.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    Camport offers the following payment methods: Multibanco (Portuguese Cards), Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron), and PayPal.

  • Is it safe to buy at Camport Online?

    Yes, the Camport site assumes a commitment to its visitors, protecting their personal information by encrypting transmitted data through a Secure HTTP with Digicert Digital Certificate.

  • In which currency can I make a payment?

    All orders are made in Euro (€), with payment being processed in this currency.

    Please note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to charge your account will be determined automatically by your Bank / PayPal and not by Camport.

  • Some items or sizes are no longer available on the website. Is it possible for them to go back on sale?

    If the item/size you are interested is no longer available, it is likely for it to have suffered a stock breakage.
    However, we do daily replacements, so there is a possibility that the item will be available again.

  • Is it possible to reserve an item and buy it later?

    We do not currently have an item reservation service. However, you can add your favorite items to your Wishlist to get them later. Please note that, in this way, you are not reserving any items, but rather keep them for future reference.

  • When and how will I receive my refund?

    If the return is done through Carrier or Post Office, the refund will be processed after reception of the returned items and their evaluation by the Quality Department, in the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • When will I receive my order?

    For addresses in Mainland Portugal, delivery is made in 3 to 4 business days.
    For the Azores and Madeira, between 5 to 7 business days.
